Ebola by the numbers

This infographic and data visualisation was part of Nature’s coverage of deadly Ebola virus epidemic in Western Africa in 2014. The outbreak was the most widespread in history and caused major lost of life. The data story was published at the peak of the disease spread and visualised the size, spread and cost of the crisis.
